Can the refrigerator be placed outdoors?

The fridge is intended for indoor use. Please do not move the refrigerator outdoors or use it on bumpy vehicles. Additionally, leave a 10-inch clearance on the back and sides of the refrigerator to allow for proper ventilation and heat dissipation.

After receiving the product, how long should I wait before plugging in the refrigerator for use?

After receiving the product, please make sure to place the refrigerator upright for 12 hours before plugging it in for use.

Is it a manual defrosting refrigerator?

We provide a defrosting tool for customers, recommended every 3 months or when frost reaches 0.25 inches. Before defrosting, please remove items and turn the temperature to 0. Please see page 6 of the manual for detailed steps.
